How the visit works

Arrive

Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. You'll be met by your event host who will manage the group throughout the visit. Teachers and support staff are welcome to join in or observe — entirely up to you.

Kit Up & Brief

Every visit begins with a comprehensive safety briefing tailored to the age group. All equipment is demonstrated before any gameplay begins. Our staff are trained to manage school and youth groups and maintain a safe, controlled environment throughout.

Game On

A full 60-minute session across our indoor and outdoor zones. Multiple game rounds with different objectives, team formations, and scenarios to keep every student engaged from start to finish.

Depart

Sessions wrap up at 20 past the hour. If you'd like, our marshals can facilitate a short group reflection on teamwork, communication, and what worked well — ideal for groups using the visit as part of a wider pastoral or PSHE programme.
